I just love striped and zig-zag rugs...they add pop and pizazz to any room; an element of playfulness and fun. While I've chosen to use primarily natural fiber/neutral rugs in our home (except a couple darling striped Dash & Albert versions for our guest bath & kitchen), I'd still like a larger, bolder version.
I found this rug on UrbanOutfitters.com and fell in love...I'm thinking it will be darling in our guest room which is in desperate need of an update! I think I might have the current yellow walls painted a soft gray, and keep the current all-white bedding & furniture. Plus, someday I think it will be darling in a baby's room :)
